Terms of service

  1. Service time

    Each on-site service session lasts for 1.5 hours. If device requires further checkup or repair at Buzzer lab, separate pick up and return service will be arranged within 48 hours (working hours) upon customer's consent. Calls received or registered after 6:00pm will be attended the next day.

  2. Arrival time

    Speedy service (NOW) is only available from 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) 10am to 1pm (Saturday). Buzzer will arrive at your location within 2 hours (subject to traffic condition and engineer’s availability).

  3. Service area

    Buzzer service is available throughout Hong Kong except outlying islands.

  4. Service fee

    HK$ 399/- per visit for one Computer or Tablet (Excluding spare parts and Data recovery) Smartphone price depends on the spare parts being replaced (For spare parts price please check the Pricing page or WhatsApp us) Inspection fee of HK$ 199/- per Smartphone (Excluding spare parts and Data recovery).

    We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

  5. Payment method

    We accept credit card or Paypal payments. Cash is also accepted. Transaction will be processed upon completion of service.

  6. Cancellation or rescheduling

    Changes and cancellation of appointments can be made at least one hour before your scheduled appointment.

    Maintenance Service and Delivery Service will be suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customer will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

    It is a responsibility of the customer to notify Buzzer immediately of any change to their delivery address at least one business day before the delivery.

  7. 7 Days Return policy

    Your interest is protected by our "7-days guaranteed return policy"; we accept products sold by Buzzer with not more than 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery record). Please contact us for returning information and kindly visit refund policy section for more details.

  8. Non-Refundable Items:

    We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

    • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
    • Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
    • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
    • Any discount, clearance or sales product that Buzzer has already stated non-returnable.
    • Any free gift product and samples.
    • In the event of dispute, Buzzer.hk decision shall be final and conclusive.
  9. Refund Policy

    Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion item or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

  10. Delivery Policy

    Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any order with spending of HK$300 or above (based on the transaction amount after discount and/or after e-coupon and promotion code discount). Otherwise, a delivery charge of HK$30 applies. For orders with a repair service ticket customers can enjoy free delivery. The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. There is no overseas delivery service.

    Home delivery is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles, or buildings without a functioning lift to 3/F or above. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Buzzer.hk reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery or pick-up. Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody at home. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.

  11. Undeliverable Orders

    If goods are returned to us due to incorrect address or any other reason we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

    We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged HK$30 for resend shipping fee per parcel.

  12. Payment Security Policy

    PayDollar is a leading, secure and reliable international payment service provider to banks and online merchants since 2000. Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorisation using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. PayDollar supports CVV/CVC check as well as 3-D secure authentication of Visa and MasterCard namely: Verified By VISA, MasterCard SecureCode for added security protection for both customers and merchant.
