We accept booking between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday) except public holidays.
If the total order value is less than HK$300 we do have a delivery charge of HK$30. However, for all orders with a service ticket and for the orders worth over HK$300 no additional charge for delivery is charged.
HK$ 399/- per visit for one Computer or Tablet (Excluding spare parts and Data recovery). The Smartphone price includes the charges for fixing and spare parts (Excluding Data recovery). Inspection fee of HK$ 199/- will be charged if the customer decided not to fix the device after inspection (Excluding spare parts and Data recovery).
There is a 7 days warranty, such that if a problem of the same nature reoccurs, our services will be free of cost.
Our Buzzer qualified technician will fix it at your home. However, if needed, the device will be picked up from your premises, with the consent of the customer.
Each call may last up to 90 mins.
Absolutely! All our engineers work only for Buzzer. For the quality and safety of our customers’ we don’t outsource any of them. We do background checks on each and every engineer. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with Buzzer. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications. Most of them have more than 5 years of experience in the field.
We at Buzzer understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by our engineers at your home. However the engineers are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.

While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our app/site without registering with us.
After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. You would also be allowed to rate a provider based on some parameters through our app if the service was requested from the app.

Payments related:

You can pay by Cash. Once the call is completed you can hand over the cash to the engineers.
All the Buzz Points that you've earned along with your service calls and product purchases would enable you to pay using them.
We work with certified and experienced partners in managing your confidential information including saved cards among others. Your information is saved in an encrypted form and information sent over secure channels. Your information is therefore safe and secure.
